DEPOSITS Waxing/Brows/Lash lifts require a 50% deposit Extensions are a $20 deposit for all appointments CANCELLING/NO SHOWS/RESCHEDULING I ask cancellations be made with at least 48 hour notice. Same day cancellations will be charged 25% of remaining balance. Everyone has a 10 minute grace period (unless you have communicated with me you are on your way and will still be here in a reasonable amount of time). If you have to reschedule your service with LESS then 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required. You also only get one reschedule per deposit. Failure to show up for you appointment without letting me know will result in an additional charge of 50% of remaining balance. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE Everyone is required to keep a valid card on file.
